Should we? Can we?

On Saturday afternoon, we dropped off our tax information in Northwest Provo.  We had just been house hunting with some friends, so we were kind of in the mood.  We saw a sign that said that there was a place for sale by owner, so we drove by.  We picked up a pamphlet and tried to call so that we could see it, but the people were out.  So, tonight for Family Home Evening, we saw a BEAUTIFUL townhouse in Provo.  We are SORELY tempted.  What do you think?  Here's the link.
